Shipping policy
We use Australia Post for both standard and express shipping options. By selecting any of our shipping methods at checkout you are agreeing to the Australia Post terms of service. Available here:- https://auspost.com.au/terms-conditions/general-terms-conditions
A tracking number will be provided via email once your package is dispatched, please double check your junk mail as sometimes they can end up there.
Three Cheeky Monkeys Designs does not accept any responsibility for damaged, delayed delivery, or missing mail once it has left our care.
Any orders that are 'Returned to Sender' due to incorrect information supplied or order not collected, will incur additional postage fees if it is to be redirected to another address or re-sent to the original address. We do not take responsibility for any additional postage fees.
Damages/Wrong Item
Should you receive the wrong item or the item is damaged, you will be required to contact our office within 3 business days of receiving your order, along with a photo of your wrong/damaged item and we will assess this.
Please note that this photo must have the entire contents of the package visible along with the packaging.
Please cite your order number, name, and postal address for all communications. We will review the photos and then inform you of how to proceed with a claim for the damages. (Australia Post requires the receiver to present all items including packaging to an Australia Post branch for inspection to submit a claim).
We can only offer replacements/refunds for damaged items if the instructions of the carrier are performed. Should the item/s be required to be returned to our office, we will provide a return shipping label. In some instances, this does not need to occur.
Should the item be deemed damaged or faulty, a refund will be processed. It will be at Three Cheeky Monkeys Designs’ absolute discretion should a replacement be provided.
